If you decide at the consultation appointment that you would like to commence this part of the process, arrangement can be made to include these services on the day of your appointment, in this case a fee will apply. However, the consult itself will still remain complimentary.
Consults may fill in fast and are limited in number.
Before booking in for your Free consult, please be sure that you are available to make it on the day of your scheduled FREE appointment. In case, you can't make it to your scheduled FREE consult please give us 72 hours notice so we can accommodate people on the waiting list. It is advisable to arrive 10 minutes before time to complete medical forms. If you are late for your appointment, we may not be able to accommodate you on the day for the FREE consult.
